Yerba Mate, go get some!

I wanted to take a break from working on HelpStimulate.us to tell you all about a product near and dear to my heart.

I've been drinking Guayaki brand Yerba Mate for awhile now and it has all types of silly health benefits and tastes great in my opinion. It's kind of like a tea but not. I usually drink it straight up with little to no sugar or honey. It gives me energy and has kept me in great health during this flu season (flu shot sucks by the way, don't get one). A lot of my co-workers ask me about it and agree that it's great stuff. they also have a line of juices infused with Yerba Mate. That is actually how I was introduced to it. Some crazy hippie guy at Whole Foods, was telling my wife all about it and the health benefits and how you can "live" off it and oh man.... I happened to go pick up some groceries and I usually try one of those crazy expensive drinks on my way out. I happened to pick up one of these and loved it. I've tried a lot of healthy drinks and this one really made a difference. I later decided to buy a bag of straight Mate and brew it up and it's even better.
